The Challenge

What the client provided

A major national energy company had built a serious, enterprise-wide employee wellbeing program with executive-level backing. But the slides looked like a working document that never made it to the next stage: plain white backgrounds, dense bullet lists, and section headers floating in mostly empty space. A program of this scale and ambition couldn't afford to look like it was still in draft.

Dots Solution

Made the organization's identity unmistakable

The original slides had no visual connection to the company as an institution. We introduced the brand colors, a strong photographic presence featuring real employees across diverse roles, and a visual anchor that signals organizational weight before a word is read.

Turned bullet lists into scannable structures

Slides listing six to eight items in plain text forced the reader to work to understand what mattered. We restructured that content into labeled card layouts with supporting icons, so a reader can orient themselves in seconds rather than parsing a wall of bullets.

Gave complex frameworks a visual form

The governance structure and stakeholder ecosystem were described in text columns that obscured how the pieces connected. We rebuilt these as clear visual maps, making relationships between internal teams and external partners immediately readable without requiring the audience to construct the picture themselves.

Set the right tone for a sensitive topic

A wellbeing program spanning mental health, social cohesion, and environmental sustainability has to feel credible and human at the same time. Photography of real workplace moments, a warm but authoritative color palette, and clean framing position the program as a strategic priority, not an HR announcement.

The Results

What we have designed

The deck now reflects the scale and ambition of what the organization is actually building. A program spanning four wellbeing dimensions, multiple internal teams, and more than a dozen external strategic partners needs a presentation that can hold that complexity without losing the audience. Leaders presenting the program internally or to government stakeholders can walk in with a deck that matches the credibility of the initiative itself.
