What software does Dots use?
Our designers are experts in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, InDesign, and Figma. If you have a specific preference, let us know during onboarding and we will match accordingly.
Will I be protected by an NDA?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs as standard before any work begins. Your content and strategy are treated with complete confidentiality.
What happens if I don't use all my hours or slides in a month?
We offer flexible rollover options so unused allocation does not go to waste. We will work out the specifics during your onboarding.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. As your needs evolve, we can adjust your retainer structure, whether that means scaling up, scaling down, or shifting to a different package type.
How long does the onboarding take?
Most teams are fully onboarded within the first week. By your second project, the workflow feels seamless.
Is there a minimum commitment?
