What the client provided

Northridge had a serious story to tell — a product roadmap aimed at rebuilding customer trust, strong market data showing an 80% untapped opportunity, and a clear strategic vision. But the deck looked like it was put together in an afternoon. Slides mixed heavy text blocks with empty white space, a stock mountain photo stood in for an entire strategic section, and the market data that should have made investors lean forward was buried in a plain table on a flat blue background. The visual treatment didn't match the scale of what they were asking the room to believe in.

Built a world that fits the brand

Northridge operates in property and real estate, so we brought that world into every slide — actual buildings, an on-brand navy and green palette, and illustrated cloud details that give the deck a consistent, ownable feel. Investors read credibility through consistency, and an inconsistent deck raises questions before the pitch even starts.

Made the market data impossible to miss

The before deck buried 32 million US units and a 19% total penetration figure in a table nobody would photograph. We pulled those numbers out, made them the focal point of the slide, and used the building imagery to anchor the story in the physical world they're competing in. The opportunity now reads instantly, without anyone having to squint at a grid.

The mobile app slide listed seven features in a dense paragraph. We broke them into labeled tags that a prospect can scan in seconds, making the product feel ready and specific rather than still-in-progress. When a slide is easy to read, the product feels easy to use.

We redesigned it as a full-bleed image slide with a bold typographic treatment, so the strategic pivot feels like a turning point in the narrative, not just another slide.

What we have designed

Northridge left with a deck that looks like the company it's becoming, not the one it started as. The market opportunity is now the first thing an investor absorbs on that slide, not the last. Product slides communicate capability without requiring anyone to read a paragraph. The deck now does what a pitch deck is supposed to do: it holds the room's attention long enough for the story to land.
